5. ZERO TOLERANCE & MODERATION

Because this is a social platform:
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content (e.g., hate speech, nudity, harassment). We reserve the right to remove content and ban users who violate our Terms of Service immediately.

6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Circle is strictly for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information only as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile and content will be removed from our active databases immediately.
