By creating an account or using Circle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use Circle. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. ZERO TOLERANCE & CONDUCT

Apple and Google require strict moderation of social apps.
You agree NOT to post content or engage in activity that:

Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another’s privacy.
Contains hate speech, bullying, or promotes violence or discrimination.
Depicts pornography, nudity, or sexual acts.

Enforcement: We have a zero-tolerance policy. Users can flag content or block users. We review reports within 24 hours. Violators will have their content removed and their account suspended or permanently banned.

4. USER CONTENT & RIGHTS

Your Rights: You retain ownership of the photos and videos you post.

License to Us: By posting content, you grant Circle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the App (e.g., showing your photos to your followers).

5. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Circle at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, specifically regarding the Zero Tolerance policy.

6. DISCLAIMERS

Circle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
